Healthy Boy – Mushroom Vagetarian Sauce | 1 Tbsp |
Butter | 20 g. |
Finely Chopped Onion | 1/4 cup |
All purpose flour | 2 Tbsp |
Healthy Boy Ground Black Pepper | 1 Tbsp |
Water | 1/4 cup |
Directions
- Marinade chicken thighs with Soy Bean Paste A, Mushroom Vagetalian Sauce and Healthy Boy ground black pepper for 30 minutes.
- Grill marinaded chicken thigh for 5-7 minutes each side until brown. Then rest on the plate.
- Prepare Soy Bean Gravy. First, fry onion with butter till cooked then add water. Season with Healthy BoySoy Bean Paste and Healthy Boy ground black pepper. Add flour and keep whisking to avoid leaving lump of flour. Mix well until boil.
- Pour Soybean gravy over Chicken steaks to serve
